These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HiddenJobs UK (the "App"), provided by Misbau ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use HiddenJobs UK. By using the App you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
2. Your account and content
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for any content you provide to the App. You agree not to share account credentials, impersonate others, or use the App for unlawful or harmful purposes.
3. License to use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HiddenJobs UK for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, sell, or sublicense the App or any part of it, except as expressly permitted by law.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
HiddenJobs UK may offer paid features or subscriptions. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
5. Health, fitness, and wellbeing disclaimer
Some Misbau apps provide content related to fitness, nutrition, or general wellbeing. This content is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, changing your diet, or making decisions that affect your health. HiddenJobs UK is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or nutritional advice.
6. AI-generated content
Some features of HiddenJobs UK may use artificial intelligence to generate content or recommendations. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate; you are responsible for evaluating its suitability for your needs. Do not rely on AI output for decisions where errors could cause harm.
7. Intellectual property
All rights, title, and interest in and to HiddenJobs UK, including its design, content, branding, and software, are owned by Misbau or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of the App.
8. User content
You retain ownership of content you create in the App. By using the App you grant us a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely as needed to provide the App's features to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms or use the App in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure to us or others.
10. Disclaimers
HiddenJobs UK is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misbau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of HiddenJobs UK. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you in the App or by other reasonable means and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
