Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tavro mobile application ("App"), operated by Misbau LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Tavro mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tavro is a social planning application that helps users coordinate activities with friends. The App allows users to discover activities, create plans, invite friends, and manage responses. Tavro is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Tavro. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use Tavro, you must create an account using a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

4.3 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tavro to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App

6. User Content

By submitting content to Tavro (including plan details, activity descriptions, and profile information), you grant Misbau LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and you represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content.

7. Privacy

Your use of Tavro is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Tavro, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Tavro App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Misbau LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code.

9. Third-Party Services

Tavro uses third-party services including Google Firebase for authentication and data storage. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

Tavro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content or activities suggested within the App. Activity costs and availability are estimates and may vary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Misbau LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Misbau LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Profile screen in the App.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice within the App. Your continued use of Tavro after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
