Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your Mile7 account (developer: Misbau) and what happens to your data.
Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open Mile7 and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and personal data are removed straight away.
Prefer to email us?
If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Mile7 account". We'll action it within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Deletion is immediate and permanent. We remove:
- Your profile — name, email, city, budget preference, and photo
- Your account login
- Every plan you created that no one else had joined
- Your participation, responses, and votes in every plan, including ones created by other people
- Invites you sent, your notifications, and your usage records
The one thing that stays
A plan you created that other people have already joined stays for them — so their get-together isn't cancelled when you leave. Your name, responses, and personal details are removed from it; only the plan itself (date, place, directions) remains for the other guests.
Apart from that, we keep nothing once you delete your account. Mile7 stores no payment information — subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple or Google — so there is nothing we are required to retain.
Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) in Zurich, Switzerland. Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google; deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. To manage or cancel a subscription, use your App Store or Play Store settings.
