This Privacy Policy explains how Misbau LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the NextRep mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Name and email address (during account registration)
- Age, weight, height, and target weight
- Fitness level, goals, and exercise preferences
- Injury history and physical limitations
- Sleep quality and stress level self-assessments
- Partner linking details (if using couples mode)
2.2 Health and Fitness Data
- Workout completion records and session duration
- Weekly plan progress and check-in responses
- Apple HealthKit data (steps, sleep, resting heart rate) — only if you grant permission
2.3 Payment Information
Subscription payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. We do not directly collect or store your payment card details. RevenueCat is used to manage subscription status and entitlements.
2.4 Usage Data
- App usage patterns and feature interactions
- Device type and operating system version
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics
2.5 Location Data
If you use the GPS activity recording feature, your location data is used solely to record your activity route. Location data is stored locally on your device and, if you choose to sync, on our secure servers. We do not track your location in the background.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To generate personalised weekly workout plans
- To track your progress and adjust recommendations
- To enable partner/couples mode features
- To process and manage your subscription
- To send workout reminders and motivational notifications (with your consent)
- To improve the App through aggregated, anonymised analytics

4. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following third-party services as necessary to operate the App:
- Supabase (supabase.com) — Cloud database and authentication provider. Your account data and progress are stored on Supabase servers.
- RevenueCat (revenuecat.com) — Subscription management. RevenueCat receives a unique user identifier and subscription status.
- Apple HealthKit — If you grant permission, we read and write health data to and from Apple Health on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers without your explicit action.
Each third party operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers provided by Supabase, which are located in secure data centres. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.
Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
- Right to restriction — request we limit how we use your data
- Right to data portability — request your data in a portable format

Note: Account deletion and data erasure are not yet available through the App interface. Please contact us directly to request deletion.
8. Children's Privacy
NextRep is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
9. Apple HealthKit
Health data obtained from Apple HealthKit is used solely to enhance your experience within the App (e.g. pre-filling wellbeing check-ins with sleep and heart rate data). We will not use HealthKit data for advertising, analytics outside the App, or share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. The updated policy will be effective from the date stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
